How to send a payment

  • Go to your Dashboard and select ‘Send a Payment’ or go to your Payments section
  • Select the ‘+ Payments’ option at the top right-hand corner
  • Fill in the details here: Account, contact, Amount, Relation, Reason and a Note or Payment Reference. You may also choose to send the funds later by choosing a date in the ‘schedule for later’ section and uploading a document if required
    Note: if your contact does not appear in the contact dropdown, this will need to be created by following the ‘Create contact process’
  • Click ‘Review Payment’ and check that the details are correct
  • Click ‘Send Payment for Approval’
  • If you are the approver, you may go ahead and approve, otherwise this will be sent to the required approver for confirmation.
