If your admin has shared a physical card with you, you must complete identity verification before the card can be issued. Please follow these steps to complete the verification and setup process:
1. Identity Verification Email
Once a physical card is shared with you, you will receive an email prompting you to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) and identity verification process.
Click on ‘Continue Verification’ in the email.
You will be redirected to a secure portal where you must enter your personal details and upload a photo of your ID.
This step is essential for compliance and must be completed before your card can be issued.
2. Biometric Verification and Admin Approval
After you complete biometric verification, a request to issue your physical card will be sent to your admin for approval.
3. Ordering the Physical Card
Once approved, you will receive another email.
Click on ‘Order Now’ and fill in the required delivery details (e.g., your address).
Your card should arrive within 7–10 business days.
4. Card Activation
Along with the card, you will receive an activation code.
Use this code to activate the card within the platform.
Activation is necessary before you can start using the card.
5. Access and Usage
Your physical card will appear immediately under ‘Shared with you’ > ‘Physical’ on the platform.
Any virtual cards linked to the physical card will be listed under ‘Shared with you’ > ‘Virtual’.
You will be able to switch between different virtual cards that are linked to your physical card and use it at physical stores and locations.
The PIN and transactions for your card will be visible in the platform.
Transactions made using the physical card will display a physical card icon for easy identification.
Online purchases will be logged under the linked virtual card.
Note: You can only link existing virtual cards to your physical card after it has been activated.
