How can I segregate my transactions for different clients?

You can do this by creating a sub-account for each client. These will all have their own unique account details.

What type of payments are accepted into the account?

If you are onboarded with Moorwand, although your IBAN starts with GB, the account does not accept payments sent to you via SWIFT. Funds must be sent though SEPA to reach your account.To enable SWIFT payments, you will need to contact our compliance team to be onboarded with another institution (such as CurrencyCloud or Transfermate).

How many currencies can I collect payments in?

We can enable you to collect money in 28 currencies today, and we are constantly adding. If you don’t have the currency active today, you can do so at a click of a button.

What if the payment is not automatically matched to the invoice?

If the payment is not automatically matched, Fyorin will provide possible matches. You can click on the payment request, select from the possible matches, and choose the correct one to complete the payment request.

What happens once the customer pays the invoice?

Once the customer pays the invoice, Fyorin will try to match the payment with the invoice based on the reference, sender’s name, and the amount. If we find an exact match, we will automatically match it. If not, we will provide possible matches.

What happens after the payment request is sent to the customer?

Once the payment request is sent, the customer will receive an email with a button labeled 'View Payments.' This will take them to the Payee Dashboard, where they can view all their invoices and proceed to pay. To pay, they will need to connect to their bank.

How can I set up recurring payment requests?

Recurring payments can be set up directly from the Payment Request screen. Go to Request Pay and click on 'Request.' At the bottom, you will see a toggle labeled 'Set up Recurring Config.' If turned on, you can set up details like frequency, start date, and end date.

How can I create a new customer?

You can add a new customer either directly from the Request Payment screen or by clicking on the Customers button.
